Word of the day: Surreal.
Surreal to see the names of the Judges who messed with us all these years on the doors of courtrooms, surreal to see the faces of the people deciding our fate, and most of all, surreal to hear what sounded like an episode of Law & Order with our names peppered throughout.
Our lawyer said it was as good a first day as he's ever had.

Turns out the investigator was following Tugboat for a while before he noticed him across the street. They submitted video today of him taking The Bird to music class. Not horrible, but not great news.

I bet you felt like going home and taking a shower. Or twenty.

I imagine it was all you could do not to kick those doors. But now that you've got them in court, it's finally the beginning of the end. It really can't go on forever.
And is he supposed to languish in bed for years on end to prove he was injured? Taking the kid to dance class doesn't seem all that strenuous to me.
Keep faith.

It is so creepy to me that those assholes crushed your husband and then stalked you to take pictures of your family to show in a courtroom.
Seriously. That is just gross invasion into your lives. It's truly disgraceful. I hope they have to pay big.

WTF??? What is he supposed to do lay around on the couch all day? Would you have a better case if you alleged that he can't do anything to help parent his children? Gah!
